SINOSSI
Una normale serata trascorsa a bere con le amiche si trasforma in un’occasione di rivelazioni quando Claudia incontra un’interessante straniera che la costringe a mettere in discussione non solo la sua percezione identitaria di latino-americana, ma anche la consapevolezza di se stessa e il significato del rapporto con la famiglia che, pur amandola, fatica ad accettarla.
Three friends meet for the usual night out drinking, but it unexpectedly turns into an eye-opening evening when Claudia, after leaving her friends because of a discussion, encounters a captivating stranger who challenges not only her perception of Latins, but also her own understanding of herself. Claudia’s friends go away, but she decides to stay with the newly known woman. When the woman, who is a journalist from Caracas, asks her to stop behaving like a “gringa”, she begins trying to speak her parents’ Spanish, and reveals her difficulties with them, who don’t understand her homosexuality, even loving her, and with the American way of life.
