All’età di trent’anni e con una figlia piccola, dopo avere trovato il coraggio di lasciare il marito, Amber deve ricominciare tutto da capo e in primo luogo deve trovare una casa. È così che nella sua vita entra Logan, un’agente immobiliare ma anche musicista dallo spirito libero, che non solo le trova una casa ma le fornisce anche un sostegno emotivo. Quella che inizia come un’amicizia si evolve ben presto in una storia d’amore. Amber si trova a fare i conti con il nuovo rapporto, le complicazioni del divorzio e le ostilità della madre, che non accetta che abbia mandato a rotoli il matrimonio per mettersi con una donna. Sembra proprio che nella sua vita non ci sia spazio per Logan, la quale finisce per allontanarsi da Amber, riprendersi la libertà e dedicarsi alla sua attività musicale. Una canzone trasmessa alla radio indurrà Amber a ripensare molto seriamente a cosa vuole davvero dalla vita.

At the age of 30 and with a young daughter, Amber is forced to start over after she finally builds up enough courage to leave her husband and the secure life they have built together. First of all, she must find another house. This is how Logan walks into her life. Logan is a real estate agent and also free-spirited musician who not only finds a house for her, but also provides emotional support and a friendly ear. What starts as a warm, supportive friendship, soon evolves into an unexpected romance. Amber must come to terms with this burgeoning identity and coming out amidst the messy complications of a divorce and the hostility of her stiff mother. It seems that in her life there is no room for Logan, who at the end distances herself from Amber. A song on the radio will make Amber rethink about what she really wants in life.
