LA AMANTE
Siamo a casa di Maritere, donna riservata dall’età avanzata, con un figlio ormai grande, che riceve la visita inattesa di Angela, un tempo l’amore della sua vita. Maritere reagisce come se avesse visto un fantasma, la presenza di Angela rievoca in lei troppe sensazioni appartenenti al passato e cerca in tutti i modi di evitarla. Il figlio di Maritere, un ragazzone iperprotettivo nei confronti della madre, osserva la strana dinamica fra le due donne e deduce che Angela fosse una delle tante amanti del padre, noto per essere un dongiovanni. Ma la realtà è ben diversa. Piccolo particolare: è in corso il funerale del marito di Maritere.

Romantic comedy starring two elderly women: the story takes place at Maritere’s home. She is a very discreet woman, with a grown-up son, who receives an unexpected visit from Angela, once the love of her life. Maritere reacts as if she had seen a ghost: Angela’s presence evokes too many sensations belonging to her past, and she tries in every way to avoid her. Maritere’s son, a big boy overprotective towards his mother, observes the strange dynamics between the two women and infers that Angela was one of the many lovers of his father, known for his reputation as a Don Juan. But the reality is quite different. There is a small detail: everything happens at the funeral of Maritere’s husband.
