SINOSSI
Ogni volta che va a trovare la madre, Djemila non pensa ad altro che al segreto che vorrebbe rivelarle: deve assolutamente confessarle che sta con una donna. Dichiarare chi si è veramente non è mai facile, ed è ancora più difficile per Djemila che deve rivolgersi a una madre totalmente assorbita nella visione della sua soap opera preferita, vedendo la quale anche le percezioni della stessa Djemila risultano distorte. Alla fine, la madre si deciderà ad ascoltarla e reagirà in modo imprevisto.

Every time she goes and visit her mother, Djemila has got only one thought in her mind, she’s thinking about the secret she wants to reveal to her. She wishes to share her difference. It’s important for her to tell her mother she loves a woman. But it’s difficult to show what one is in people’s eyes. Djemila realizes it as she tries to speak to her mom, while she’s sunk in an armchair, looking at her favorite soap-opera. The woman refuses to hear what her daughter is trying to tell her, because she’s too busy watching tv. After a while, just when Mom will decide to listen to Djemila, she’ll have a stunning reaction.
