A Barbara Hammer, regista pioniera lesbica, è dedicato questo breve documentario girato con lo sguardo d’amore della sua compagna per oltre trent’anni, Florrie Burke, che con tenerezza e nostalgia ripercorre la loro storia e riflette sull’immensa eredità che Barbara le ha lasciato. Barbara Hammer è stata presente insieme a Florrie Burke alla sesta edizione di Immaginaria nel 1998 e ha vinto il Premio per Miglior Documentario con il film “Tender Fiction”.
A short documentary about Barbara Hammer, pioneering lesbian experimental filmmaker, through the lens and love of her partner of over 30 years, Florrie Burke, who with tenderness and nostalgia retraces their story and reflects on the immense legacy that Barbara has left her. Barbara Hammer together with Florrie Burke came at the sixth edition of Immaginaria in 1998 and won the Award for Best Documentary with the film “Tender Fiction”.
